1. Introduction & Consent

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use QueenBet:

4. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on QueenBet. Failure to comply may result in bets being voided or action being taken against your account:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a Cash Out option is available, you may use it.
• Odds Change: Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Our system controls the minimum and maximum odds applicable.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled leg will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• Technical Error: If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a system error, QueenBet reserves the right to void that bet.
• Live Betting: In-play betting may be subject to some delay. Any bet placed after the relevant event has already occurred will be deemed void.
• Maximum Win: There is a maximum win limit per period, which depends on your account level and betting market.

5. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on QueenBet are handled securely and transparently. Please read the following payment terms carefully:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — funds must be sent from the account holder's own number.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard processing time is 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing any winnings earned from bonuses.

6. Bonus & Promotional Terms

QueenBet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded on your first deposit. A minimum wager of 10x the bonus amount is required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Free Bet: The original stake from a free bet cannot be withdrawn — only the profit portion is eligible for withdrawal.
• Reload Bonus: Applicable to one qualifying deposit per week. Cannot be claimed more than once.
• Cashback: Paid at a set rate on net losses over a defined period. No wagering requirements apply to cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Both you and your referred friend receive a bonus when a referral is made. The bonus activates once your friend completes their first deposit.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on QueenBet. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Bonus Abuse — claiming the same bonus multiple times across different accounts.
• Hacking an account, phishing, or logging in using another person's credentials.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or under a third party's identity.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

QueenBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Providing false information during registration or failing to complete KYC verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• The user submits a voluntary account closure request.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to verified withdrawal conditions being met. Please contact support to request self-exclusion.

9. Limitation of Liability

QueenBet is not liable for the following:

• Bets affected by an internet connection failure.
• Account details compromised due to your own negligence.
• In the event of delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• In the event of service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or other force majeure circumstances.
• For personal financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours and resolve the matter within 7 business days.

• Complaints can be submitted via email or live chat.
• When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, the date of the incident, and a detailed description.
• If you are not satisfied with our internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority.
• The balance associated with an ongoing dispute may be placed on hold.

11. Policy on Changes to Terms

QueenBet reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised.
• Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
